Here we go again! Landoll has developed the next generation of traveling axle trailers that no doubt pushes the envelope further than ever thought possible. Engineering staff have created a trailer that will leave the industry and our competition scratching their heads. It’s a whole new concept; it has the lowest load angle ever seen on a traveling axle trailer. It will make our customers’ lives much easier hauling that tall, difficult bus, trucks, front end loaders and just about anything.

Our first Model 353 was displayed at the Florida Tow Show April 15-18th. They have been in front of some of our largest customers as well as companies that own one trailer. Their response has been very positive. Yes, they stepped back and thought, it looks different, it operates different, but most see the potential of having a new Landoll trailer in their fleet. They like the benefits and the features. The deck has been pushed down 12 inches. It’s a double drop traveling axle that has a well height that is 12” lower than our standard trailers. It has a load angle of 5 degrees. Yes 5 degrees. It has mechanical lift system that creates a level deck or lowers into position for tandem wheel wells with a deck height of 26”. The axle travel is all new. No cylinders. Some of the strongest features to this new trailer come from the way we move the axles. The Model 353 will come standard with “Dual Outriggers”. These outriggers have 50,000 lbs lift capacity that raises the rear of the trailer and then we freely move the undercarriage to the most forward position ever allowing that 5 degree load angle.
